SITUATION: A small pharmaceutical company without much overhead needed a complete medical information solution, including medical management, medical information, adverse event collection and adverse event management—all while trying to avoid additional staffing.
SOLUTION: RMPDC designed a customized, total contact center solution complete with medical information dissemination capability as well as medical information collection for adverse event reporting. We were even able to handle their patient management using our nationally-recognized poison center protocols. The adverse events were coded and provided in a format easily submitted to the FDA for compliance needs.
