Regulatory Reporting

We handle your consumer product regulatory needs simply and effectively.

RMPDS knows how to meet your product’s safety reporting needs. You can relax knowing that we understand all the common reporting requirements such as:

  1. FIFRA

  2. Section 6(a)(2) of the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) requires registrants to report information indicating an adverse effect of an EPA pesticide.

During each product stewardship consultation, RMPDS collects important information on your product’s safety profile. Our data collection system can automatically format this information to meet the EPA's FIFRA reporting requirements. We can then generate customized safety reports providing you with valuable information on your product.

  1. TSCA

  2. Section 8(c) of the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) states that anyone who imports, manufactures, processes, or distributes a chemical in commerce must report information about allegations of “significant adverse effects” to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

RMPDS collects required information on your product’s safety profile and automatically formats this information to meet the EPA's TSCA reporting requirements. We can also generate customized reports to provide you with valuable safety information on your product.

  1. OSHA

  2. The Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires that employers provide access to Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to employees using hazardous substances.

RMPDS offers SDS Fulfillment services by utilizing our online database to house your SDS documents, so they can be accessed around the clock.
